Portraits of African American Women in Missouri

Carole Shelton, acclaimed storyteller and Missouri Humanities Council Speakers Bureau member, presents an evening of learning and entertainment for all.  Portraits of African American Women in Missouri: before, during, and after the Civil War  will bring to life the stories of two icons of St. Louis history: Harriet Scott, wife of Dred Scott, and Annie Malone.  This event is free to the public and all are welcome.
